1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the RiceKart9 mobile application operated by Venkatesh, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree, do not use the App.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 16 years old to place orders.

  • You agree to provide accurate information (e.g., delivery address, contact details) and keep your account secure.

  • The Company reserves the right to suspend accounts for fraudulent activity or violations of these Terms.

3. Ordering & Payments

  • Product Listings: Rice varieties, prices, and quantities are subject to change. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee against errors.

  • Payment: All transactions are processed via secure third-party gateways. You agree to pay the total cost, including taxes and delivery fees.

  • Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

4. Delivery & Liability

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, logistic and Traffic are beyond our control.

  • Inspect orders upon delivery. Report damaged/missing items within 1 hours to support@b2b.ricekart9.in.

5. Intellectual Property

  • The App, including logos, content, and code, is owned by the Company. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or distribution is prohibited.

6. Data Privacy

  • We collect personal data (e.g., name, address, payment details) to process orders. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

  • Data is stored securely but transmitted at the user’s risk over internet connections.

7. Third-Party Services

  • The App integrates with:

    • Google Maps (delivery tracking)

    • Payment gateways

    • Analytics tools (e.g., Firebase)

  • Their terms govern their services. We are not responsible for third-party errors.

8. User Responsibilities

  • Do not misuse the App for illegal activities, bulk scraping, or automated orders.

  • Ensure your device meets technical requirements (e.g., OS version, internet connectivity).

9. Disclaimers

  • The App is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Indirect damages (e.g., profit loss) from App use.

    • Issues caused by jailbroken devices, poor connectivity, or user negligence.

10. Modifications & Termination

  • We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

  • The Company reserves the right to terminate the App or user access without notice.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
